Rental Terms & Policies

Renters must be at least 25 years of age with a valid U.S. driver's license (or equivalent international license where permitted). A clean driving record and proof of full-coverage auto insurance that extends to rental vehicles may be required. Elyon Exotics reserves the right to decline any rental at its sole discretion.

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A reservation request does not guarantee a vehicle until confirmed by Elyon Exotics. Date holds placed during online booking expire after 15 minutes if the reservation is not completed. We recommend completing your booking promptly once dates are selected.

Daily rental rates, mileage allowances, and any applicable fees are displayed at the time of booking. A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit amount will be shown during checkout and may be collected online or at pickup, as indicated on your booking confirmation. Additional charges may apply for late returns, excess mileage, fuel shortages, cleaning, tolls, or damage.

The security deposit is held to cover potential damage, cleaning, tolls, traffic violations, or other charges incurred during the rental period. Deposits are refunded after the vehicle is inspected and returned in acceptable condition, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Free cancellation is available within 24 hours of booking your rental, as stated on our website and booking confirmation. Cancellations made after this window may be subject to fees at the discretion of Elyon Exotics. No-shows or failure to pick up the vehicle on the scheduled date may result in forfeiture of deposit or rental charges.

Vehicles may be picked up at our location or delivered to your home, hotel, event venue, or Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, subject to availability and scheduling. Return times and locations must be agreed upon at booking. Late returns may incur additional daily charges. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level and in substantially the same condition as at pickup.

Rented vehicles may only be operated by approved drivers listed on the rental agreement. Vehicles must not be used for racing, off-road driving (unless explicitly permitted), illegal activity, or transport of hazardous materials. Smoking and pets are prohibited unless prior written approval is granted. Mileage limits, if any, will be stated in your booking confirmation.

Renters are required to maintain full-coverage auto insurance that extends to rental vehicles. Elyon Exotics does not provide primary insurance coverage. Proof of insurance may be requested before or at pickup. You are responsible for any deductible, loss, or damage not covered by your insurance.

The renter is responsible for all damage to the vehicle, loss of use, and third-party claims arising during the rental period, regardless of fault, except to the extent covered by applicable insurance. Pre-existing damage will be documented at pickup. Report any incident, accident, or mechanical issue immediately to Elyon Exotics.

Chauffeur, wedding, corporate, and photoshoot services are subject to separate scheduling and may require additional agreements. Contact our concierge team for custom packages and pricing.

Elyon Exotics may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that reservation. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
